Madeline is a practicing commercial and corporate lawyer. She is an arbitrator/ mediator on the panels of SHIAC, TIArb and National Construction Council and has experience as an arbitral secretary. Madeline is a renowned legal industry futurist adopting tech- legal solutions such as iResolve™, an ODR system launched in 2015 aimed at realizing her ambition to provide innovative delivery of legal solutions. Her focus is on reshaping the delivery of ADR services for the future demand and increasing access to justice. She is the Vice Chair of TIArb and as an ADR enthusiast, Madeline also writes and speaks on dispute resolution topics
