Patson Arinaitwe
Patson W. Arinaitwe’s practice involves Projects and infrastructure as well as commercial arbitration. He has been involved in a number of domestic and international arbitrations under LCIA, KIAC and the UNCITRAL Arbitration frameworks.
Patson is a member of the Uganda Law Society (ULS) International Arbitration cluster and part of the task force that was established in 2018 by the ULS president to spearhead the establishment of the International arbitration Centre. He is also a visiting lecturer in International Arbitration at Law Development Centre, Kampala (Bar course). Patson holds an LLM with Distinction (Oil & Gas) from Aberdeen, Scotland.
Patson is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East African Law Society, The Uganda Chamber of Mines & Petroleum, The Energy Institute, United Kingdom, Young ICCA and LCIA YIAG.
