Mr. Million Habte is Senior Expert on Trade in Services [TiS] for the AfCFTA Support Unit under AUC DTI. He works on the legal and regulatory issues of TiS negotiation. He has more than 16 years of work experience working in Africa, Middle Eastern and the South Pacific countries.

Earlier, he served as Senior Attorney for Ethiopia’s WTO accession process. As a Director of A.A Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute, he played a key and leading role in establishing the first commercial arbitration institute in the country. He has been featured by Who’s Who Legal, Trade & Customs since 2012 as one of lead experts on trade issues.
