Noella has strong expertise in international arbitration practice; in fact she contributed to the sixth edition of the International Arbitration Review.

She has also spoken at various events such as a Young ICCA event (Nairobi, September 2015), IBA’s 2015 Annual Conference (Vienna, October 2015) and the London Court of International Arbitration African Users’ Council (Nairobi, December 2015).

Noella has assisted several clients in some of Kenya’s high-profile contentious matters.

She has also been recognized by Legal 500 as one of Kenya’s top lawyers. She has a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative law from the University of Cape Town.
