Rose Rameau is Of-Counsel at the Aziz Bamba Law Firm in Ghana. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Fulbright Scholar at the University Of Ghana School Of Law from 2014- 21016 where she taught Investment and International Commercial Arbitration, General Principles of Arbitration as well as Contemporary Issues in Arbitration.
Ms. Rameau focuses her practice in International Business Law, Commercial Litigation, International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Arbitration. Ms. Rameau is trained in both civil and common law with law degrees from US, France Switzerland and Ghana. A Member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators in the UK, she is fluent in English, French, and Spanish and has practiced law in the US, France and Ghana. She received among many awards: the Global Law & Practice Award, the Institute on Multilateral Peacekeeping Award, The Institute on International Commercial Law Award at Pace University School of Law and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Award. Ms. Rameau represents Host States and investors in investment disputes and is appointed ICC Court Member on behalf of Haiti.
