Sanjeev is a graduate of the University of London and qualified as a solicitor in the U.K before returning to Kenya where he is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and practices as a partner in the firm of A.B Patel & Patel, Advocates. He heads the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolutions Practice. He handles complex commercial, civil and public litigation matters as well as arbitrations (regional/international) including Maritime disputes representing multinational firms, shipping companies and P&I Clubs, several departments and entities of the Government of Kenya as well as local firms.
