Dr. K. I. Laibuta is an attorney at law of thirty-two years standing. He is a senior law lecturer, the founder and Managing Partner in the firm of Laibuta & Associates, Dr. Laibuta is an ADR practitioner in the name and style of Premier ADR Consultants. Dr. Laibuta is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He is a member of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration and sits on the Board of the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre. Dr. Laibuta is also an accredited mediator with the Mediation Accreditation Committee of the Judiciary (MAC). Dr. Laibuta holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London).
