Dr. Khatchadourian is the General Counsel of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) since 2011. Earlier, he was a visiting professor of law in several universities and has authored several books and a large number of articles.
He sits regularly as sole arbitrator appointed by the parties or panel member in disputes related to construction, energy, trade, banking and investment. He has worked on international arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, DIAC, ADCAC, QICCA, and UNCITRAL.
Dr. Khatchadourian holds an LLB degree from Alexandria University, an LLM from the International Business Law School of Cairo University and PhD with honors in Arbitration from Montpellier University (France).
He participates at the ICSID project of amending its rules and regulations taking place at the World Bank (USA).
He is a panel member of the CAS Court of Arbitration for Sports (Lauzanne)
