Ella Rosenberg is a Legal Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), an organization of the World Bank Group and the leading global institution for the resolution of investment disputes through conciliation and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as an attorney at the international arbitration practice of the law firm Dechert, LLP. Ms. Rosenberg holds degrees from Cornell Law School (LL.M.) Université Paris I Sorbonne (Master I and II) Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (Licence) and McGill University (B.A.). She is admitted to practice law in Paris and New York.
