Elodie Dulac

Ms. Elodie Dulac is a Partner in King & Spalding’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group. Ms. Dulac has practiced international arbitration in Paris, Singapore and Washington, D.C.

Elodie has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations around the world. She has worked on international arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, IC-SID, SCC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL. In addition to her work as counsel, Elodie has been appointed as an arbitrator in ICC, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations. She is the co-chair of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration. Elodie is a frequent speaker and writer on international arbitration and international investment law. She is also a visiting lecturer on international arbitration at the University of Addis Ababa and the University Of Bahir Dar Ethiopia.

She is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Paris, France. She holds a DEA (J.D. equivalent) from the University of Paris I (La Sorbonne) and an LLM from King’s College, University of London.
