Grace Kinyanjui – Omwenga is a qualified advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Senior Associate in the firm of Daly & Inamdar. Grace also holds qualifications as Certified Public Secretary and Certified Public Accountant.
As an advocate, Grace specializes in civil and commercial litigation and has extensive experience in matters involving employment, land and debt recovery disputes. Grace has successfully represented clients at the Courts, Arbitral and Mediation Tribunals. Most recently, Grace advised an international non-governmental organization in assessing and managing potential multimillion labour claims achieving successful negotiations that led to amicable and commercially viable agreements for settlement.
