
Amol is the Chief Executive Officer of the East Africa Law Society, and the founding director of the EALS Institute. Admitted to practice in Kenya, Amol has extensive experience in dispute resolution, project finance, construction law and contracts. He has served the industry in various positions, starting off as at then Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, to Africa Legal Network (Anjarwalla & Khanna) and later as in-house counsel at the Kenya Electricity Generating Company where he was extensively exposed to construction dispute resolution, through arbitration and adjudication. Amol holds an advanced certificate in international arbitration from the International Law Institute. Amol was recently named as an emerging leader in Africa by the Mandela Institute of Governance of the University of Capetown, and is a fellow of the Emerging African Leadership Program.
