
Jacqueline is a Partner in the Bowmans Uganda. She is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, an Arbitrator, (MCiArb) and a C.E.D.R Accredited Mediator.
She practiced law in the UK for 17 years before returning to Uganda in 2015. She has already built up a practice in her areas of specialism, undertaking commercial arbitrations and mediations; advising large corporates, banks, tech based industries, and NGO’s on corporate/commercial matters; financial crime; AML; anti Bribery and corruption; asset recovery; and governance, compliance and regulatory investigations.
Jacqueline holds an LLB Hons from Middlesex University, UK, an LLM in Human Rights Law from S.O.A.S, University of London, and and LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London..
