Jane is a partner in Sandton office within the Dispute Resolution Department. She specialises in commercial litigation and is admitted to practice law in South Africa. Her extensive experience in both motion and trial work ranges from company law, contractual and property disputes to administrative law challenges in respect of regulatory bodies She has previously acted as a judge in the High Court of South Africa by invitation of the Judge President. Jane is recognized as a leading practitioner by Best Lawyers 2017, 2016 and 2015 for her litigation expertise.
She holds a BA and an LLB degree and has completed an Advanced course in business rescue practice with the University of South Africa.
