Milly Jalega

Milly Jalega is a Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She advises clients in litigation and arbitration in various sectors including banking and financial services, insolvency, construction, employment and procurement. She has extensive experience in election disputes, constitutional and administrative law. She also advises clients in risk assessment and management of potential disputes.

Milly was part of the team that represented the Government of Kenya in a multi-billion dollar investment international arbitration at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. She is currently part of the team representing the Government in the annulment proceedings.  She has also been involved in defending two petitions in the Supreme Court challenging the election of the President. She has successfully prosecuted and defended various cases before the Courts and Arbitral Tribunals and has earned the respect of clients and admiration of her peers.
