Nicola Muriuki is an English qualified solicitor and CEDR Accredited Mediator, with over ten years’ experience of advising clients on regulatory and commercial disputes in the United Kingdom and in Africa, including Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. She is an Assistant Director of JMiles&Co. in Nairobi, and a member of ArbitralWomen.
Nicola specialises in international arbitration and mediation, and also advises private companies and regulators on conducting investigations in cases of suspected fraud, bribery and/or corruption. Nicola’s international arbitration experience includes representing clients in matters under the auspices of KIAC, DIFC-LCIA, UNCITRAL and the English Arbitration Act.
