Njeri Kariuki

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Chartered Arbitrator and Accredited Mediator, Njeri practises from Nairobi. Njeri, FCIArb., who has been cited in Chambers Global 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 as a Leading Individual, a GOK Nominee to the Panel of Arbitrators at ICSID, and since May 2018, the Member representing Kenya at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Her arbitration, litigation, conveyancing and mediation practice covers a range of domestic and international commercial matters and on account of delving into the realm of adjudication, became a DRBF Member, following which Njeri thoroughly enjoyed a 3-year stint as Chair of a Dispute Adjudication Board set-up to midwife an international geothermal project to fruition. Njeri is a Tutor & Trainer with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and conducts courses and assessments in Kenya and anywhere else her services may be needed.
